[ 2005.1.7 ] Hans Biomed! The very first, we have obtained permission of human tissue bank in Korea.

Hans Biomed Co. has obtained permission of human tissue bank from KFDA (Korea Food and Drug administration) first in Korea. Until recently, there is no law or regulation over human tissue products which will possibly cause secondary infection and imprudent circulation. However, after Hans Biomed Co. has obtained permission, safety for human tissue product must be assured certainly. Apart from this, Hans Biomed Co. has got approval from KFDA as safety control organization for transplantable human tissue.

As Hans Biomed Co. plays a role as human tissue bank,

-    - We receive donor tissue and recover, process, store and release them.

-    - We perform donor screening, many tests for human tissue, sterilization and quality assurance for preventing

        infections and etc. after transplantation.

-    - We record all information in relation to traceability from human tissue donor to recipient

We can provide low price than imported one because we process human tissue in domestic area. That means patients will be able to get financial benefits.

Besides, in case of transplantation, doctor must use human tissue provided by KFDA authorized tissue bank (e.g. Hans Biomed and the other 17 organization). Also, Hans Biomed can only process donated human skin in Korea.
