Case Study

77 year old male, suffered left desmorrhexis, fracture of right tibia, transection of 1 dactyl. Since the patient
is in lack of blood coagulation factor for 15 years suffering of liver incompetence, surgery might cause excessive bleeding should be avoided, free flap operation were conducted. Then SureDerm™ was applied and split-dermanaplasty operation.
